Monthly Tuition: Mentoring, Consultation and Skills Group: Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy
Welcome! We’re glad you’re here and interested in the Living Medicine Institute’s Mentoring and Case Consultation Group.
This ongoing group is designed to support clinicians who want thoughtful guidance, practical skill development, and a professional community as they deepen their work in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and related practices. Our goal is to create a space where you can refine your clinical skills, receive meaningful feedback, and stay connected with other practitioners committed to providing high-quality care in the dynamic field.
We meet on the first three Thursdays of each month at 3:00 pm Eastern, and all meetings are recorded so you can review them at any time. This makes it possible to stay engaged even when your schedule is full, while also building a growing library of clinical discussion and teaching that you can return to as your practice evolves.
Somatic and mindfulness based activities are facilitated at the beginning of each session to teach skills you can use with your own clients, and each week has a slightly different focus.
The first Thursday centers on a specific clinical skill—topics may include areas such as effective preparation, integration, intention setting, and intervention strategies. The second week is dedicated to case consultation, where participants can bring forward real cases and clinical questions and receive thoughtful input and discussion from the group. The third Thursday is a more open mentoring space, allowing time for broader questions, professional development conversations, and ongoing discussion of issues related to doing excellent clinical work.
The group is open to both therapists and medical professionals. While the primary emphasis tends to be on the psychotherapy side of the work, discussions naturally include relevant medical considerations—such as dosing strategies—so that participants can develop a more integrated understanding of the full clinical process.
